利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、開発者が提供するiOSアプリ「Reeled」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 本アプリの利用

本アプリは、映画・ドラマ・漫画などのコンテンツ消費記録を個人で管理するためのツールです。本規約および関連する法令を遵守する範囲で、自由にご利用いただけます。

2. アカウント

本アプリは、サインインなしのローカル利用と、Sign in with Apple によるサインイン利用の2つの形態で提供されます。サインインを行う場合、ユーザーは Apple ID の利用規約も併せて遵守するものとします。

3. サービスの提供

本アプリのサーバー同期機能はベストエフォートで提供されます。
開発者は、メンテナンス・障害・その他の事情により、サービスの全部または一部を予告なく停止・変更・終了することがあります。
サービス終了時は、可能な限り事前にアナウンスし、データのエクスポート手段の提供に努めます。

4. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
本アプリへの不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、サーバーへの過大な負荷をかける行為
他人の権利・利益を侵害する行為
本アプリのソースコードを無断で複製、改変、再配布する行為

5. 知的財産権

本アプリおよび関連コンテンツに関する知的財産権はすべて開発者に帰属します。ユーザーが入力した記録データの所有権はユーザーに帰属します。

6. 免責事項

本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
データの消失・同期の不具合・サービス停止について、開発者は最大限の努力をしますが、完全な保証はしません。重要なデータは別途バックアップを推奨します。
第三者APIサービス（TMDb、AniList、楽天Books、OpenBD等）の停止・仕様変更により本アプリの一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。

7. データの保持・削除

ユーザーが入力した記録データの保持期間および削除手順については、プライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。

8. アカウントの削除

ユーザーはいつでもアプリ内の設定画面からアカウントを削除できます。削除後はサーバー上のデータが即時消去され、復元できません。また、Apple ID の連携を解除した場合も同様にアカウントが削除されます。

9. 規約の変更

開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更については、アプリ内またはサインイン時にお知らせします。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載された時点から効力を生じます。

10. 準拠法および管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠して解釈されます。本アプリに関する紛争が生じた場合、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS app "Reeled" (the "App") provided by the developer. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App is a personal tool for tracking your consumption of movies, TV shows, manga, and other content. You may use it freely as long as you comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. Account

The App can be used either locally (without signing in) or with Sign in with Apple. If you sign in, you also agree to abide by Apple's terms governing your Apple ID.

3. Service Provision

The server sync feature is provided on a best-effort basis.
The developer may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice for maintenance, incidents, or other reasons.
In the event of service discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and a means to export your data.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Violate any law or public order and morals.
Gain unauthorized access to the App, reverse engineer it, or place excessive load on the server.
Infringe upon the rights or interests of others.
Reproduce, modify, or redistribute the App's source code without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and related content belong to the developer. You retain ownership of the record data you enter.

6. Disclaimer

The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
While we make every effort to prevent data loss, sync issues, or service outages, we make no absolute guarantee. We recommend keeping separate backups of important data.
Some features may become unavailable if third-party APIs (TMDb, AniList, Rakuten Books, OpenBD, etc.) change or shut down.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

For details on how long data is retained and how to delete it, see the Privacy Policy.

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the in-app settings. Once deleted, server data is removed immediately and cannot be restored. Disconnecting your Apple ID will also delete your account.

9. Changes to These Terms

The developer may revise these Terms as needed. Material changes will be communicated within the app or at sign-in. The revised Terms become effective once posted on this page.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location as the court of first instance.
